Set cell data action in Apple Numbers package
The Set cell data action of the Apple Numbers package enables you to set data in a cell, such as its color, value, or formula, based on the selected data type.
Settings
- Use one of the following options to provide session name:
- Session name: Enter the name of the session used to open the spreadsheet with the Open action.
- Variable: Enter the session variable that you added in the Open action.
- Select whether to set a value or a formula into an active or specific cell.
- Value: Enter the value that you want to set.
- Formula: Enter the formula you want to set.
- Select whether to set the cell data into an Active or
Specific cell position:
- Active: Sets the cell data into the currently active cell.
- Specific: Sets the cell data of the cell
specified by the table name and cell address. Complete the following
fields:
- Table name: Specify the table name for the provided sheet. For example, Table1.
- Cell address: Specify a cell address to set the value. For example, A1:B3.
